When you contact me

If you contact me by email, phone, WhatsApp or LinkedIn, I process the data you provide yourself: your name, your contact details, your organisation and the content of your message. I use it to answer your question and, if we work together, to prepare and carry out that collaboration.

I do this because it is necessary for a possible agreement, and because I have a legitimate interest in replying to people who contact me.

Visitor statistics

To see how this site is used, I use Umami, on a server I manage myself. Umami does not set cookies and does not store data that allows me to identify you personally. For example, I see how many visitors view a page, which site or campaign link they came from, which type of device they use, which parts of the page come into view, which buttons are clicked, which language version is viewed and how fast the page loads. I cannot see who you are. I do not share these statistics with anyone.

If “Do Not Track” is turned on in your browser, Umami does not count your visit.

I do this on the basis of my legitimate interest in improving the site.

If you click the link to LinkedIn or WhatsApp, you leave this site and the privacy rules of those services apply.

How long do I keep your data?

No longer than necessary. I keep contact details without further collaboration for a maximum of two years after our last contact. Data I have to keep for my accounts, I keep for as long as the law requires.

Sharing with others

I do not sell your data and do not share it with others, unless the law requires it or a service provider processes it on my behalf, such as my email provider.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access your data;
  • have it corrected or deleted;
  • have its processing restricted, or object to it;
  • receive your data in a usable format.
